backtrack blog

Upon looking back at my blog posts the first thing I noticed was how badly my grammar need help. I hope in the future to clean up my writing and to streamline my post. I have a terrible habit of rambling my way to my point as opposed forging a direct path to it.

One thing I noticed in particular after my writing issues, was the way my mind works sort of comes out in my blog post. I have a really hard time just sticking to single topic and it works globally so what I’ve been exposed to totally influences the way I read and interpret the work. For example my background in dance informed my Much Ado post and my love of the movie Stage Beatuy made reevalute what I thought about Desdemona, and even in my first post somehow the folk artist Nick Drake worked his way into it.

I think out of all of my blogposts my favorite one has been my Much Ado about dancing one. It was the most fun to write as well as the most natural. I think for the my next blogpost about Richard the III I’m going to do a continuation of it.

Blogging is awesome! I think Shakespeare would totally have a blog and totally have approve of this Shakespeare blog if he was still kicking it today. I also think he would totally be friends with the choreographer Matthew Bourne- but I guess that’s just a whole new blog post entirely. I love reading what other people think too! Everyone has such different perspective its so much fun.
